Junior Player of the Year

About the Award

The Fylde Coast Cricket Society are keen to promote the development of junior cricket and hopefully the future players of the game. To this end the Society awards the Bert Watt trophy to the player voted as the outstanding junior player of the year. Past winners include Andrew Flintoff who won the award in 1992 and Stephen Croft (1999) who have both gone on to professional cricket careers with Lancashire CCC and Jack Kelliher (2001) who captained the England U/15s team in 1999.
